Cancelling Stack
If you decide to cancel your Stack subscription you can do so quickly and easily. Either email support@stackmagazines.com or sign in to our customer portal and process the cancellation yourself.
Our subscribers get the best out of Stack. If you cancel your subscription here’s what you’ll lose:

- One-on-one calls – Our subscribers can discuss projects and get advice from Stack founder Steven Watson
Pausing your subscription
Did you know you can pause your subscription instead? It’s the ideal option if you think you’ll want to receive magazines from us again in the future. While your subscription is paused we won’t send you magazines and you won’t be charged – we’ll just save your existing credit and you can quickly and easily restart when you’re ready. You can pause your subscription via our customer portal, or by emailing support@stackmagazines.com.
Cancelling via the portal
If you cancel your subscription via our customer portal your subscription will automatically be set to expire at the end of the current term you have paid for. This means you will continue to receive the magazines you have paid for, and we won’t bill you again. If you need to cancel your subscription sooner, you can do so by emailing support@stackmagazines.com.
