What would Little White Lies have looked like in the 70s? Bloody brilliant, apparently.

To celebrate the fact that Apocalypse Now is their current cover movie, White Lies have commissioned a collection of illustrations that re-imagine classic 70s films in the style of their cover. An exhibition of the illustrations starts tonight at Kemistry Gallery in London, with all the limited edition prints available to buy in the gallery and online.

There’s some really amazing stuff there, but a few favourites:

Stefan Glerum does Star Wars.

Stina Persson’s take on Chinatown.

And Courtney Brims turns One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest sort of beautiful.
