March delivery update

It’s official. After several false starts I’ve now had confirmation that the magazines for the March delivery have arrived at the warehouse. The magazines are being packed up right now and will be mailed out asap. Once again, I’m very sorry for the delay with this month’s delivery, and I wanted to let you know that I’ve taken steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

The April delivery will be going out around the 15th of the month, but the May delivery will be ready to go out at the start of May and from then on we’ll aim to send out in the first week of the month. This means buying magazines in further in advance, but I think it’s worth it to make sure we don’t end up with these big gaps in service in the future.

We’re always tweaking the way we run Stack to make it better for subscribers, so please do let me know what you think to the service as it runs over the coming months.
