What next for Printout?

Phew. Jeremy has already said it, but huge thanks to everyone who helped to make last night’s Printout! event so much fun.

More specifically, thanks to Rob, John and Tim for their sterling work on the panel discussion, to the boys from Lime Tree Media for capturing the whole thing on video, to Alex and Paul from The Church of London for the music, to Liz, Hannah and Vicky for running the door, and to all the publishers who sent their magazines for the library. And, of course, everyone who turned up to talk magazines (I’ve already heard rumours of one multi-magazine link-up project being discussed semi-seriously).

Last night was a bit of an experiment, but Jeremy and I have decided that we’ll be repeating it. Watch this space for news of another London event happening over the summer. And let us know what else we should be doing. The magazine library made it through the night pretty much intact, so we’d love to get it out to more people. Venues in Manchester are already being discussed – where else should we go? We’d love to get your thoughts on the night and your suggestions for other things we could try.
