Printout! back in London
If magazines are all about chiming with a particular lifestyle or view of the world (and they are) then you should be able to tell a lot about a person from their favourite magazine. So for the next Printout! event, we’re going to be asking a panel of interesting magazine-related people to talk for five minutes each about their favourite magazine. Not just their favourite one in WHSmith at the moment, but their favourite one, EVER.
It’s looking like a great line-up:
// Marisa Brickman, editor of ‘SUP
// Tony Brook, from Spin and Unit Editions
// David Hepworth, founding partner of Development Hell and ex-Smash Hits, Heat, FHM and more
// Marc Valli, owner of Magma and editor of Elephant
// And co-organiser Jeremy Leslie from magCulture
It’s going to be rapid-fire, full of interesting people talking about interesting magazines. Oh, and there’ll be the Printout! magazine library too.
It’s all happening at The Book Club on Wednesday 6 July, from 7pm. Tickets are £5. Hope to see you there!
