A British music magazine that’s dedicated to the underground, Off Licence celebrates independent artists, venues, and clubnights, and the grassroots organisations that are working to keep the music playing. Their 16th issue is themed ‘The Jazz Issue’, and it presents jazz as an artform that is accessible, adventurous, and very much alive.
