An arts and culture magazine published in Glasgow, Piscine is made by an editorial team that works full-time in the city’s bars and restaurants. This first issue is themed ‘Working on Work and Working’, and it grapples with the difficulties of working in hospitality while also trying to pursue a career in the arts.
