July’s top pictures of Stack in the wild
Congratulations – you just saved some time. This month we’ve scrapped the usual top 10 and come up with the best five pictures of Stack out and about in subscribers’ homes. Because, frankly, who has time for a top 10 anything these days?
Of course for all you completists out there this month’s Pinterest board has all the pictures I could find scattered across Twitter and Instagram. And if you’re not a Stack subscriber but these pictures make you feel like you’re missing out (and seriously, you really are) take a look at our Subscribe page to find out more about the world’s greatest magazine subscription.
And now, on to the images.
05. Summer days
I love the pictures of Stack magazines against vibrant, sunny grass. Lazy afternoons in the park were made for magazine reading.
04. Snap to grids
This carefully constructed image is clearly the product of a mind accustomed to meticulous planning. Congratulations to Katie from Confessions of a Design Geek, whose new magazine Fiera hit its Kickstarter target this month, meaning she is now swinging from planning stage into full-blown action. Good luck Katie!
03. Face off
Visual proof that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, this picture fascinates me just as much as it freaks me out. Can’t… Stop… Looking…

02. Light and shade
I love the quiet moodiness of this picture, taken by Dutch Stack stalwart Kilian Idsinga.

01. Flick freeze
But my favourite picture of the month is this one, captured by Intern photographer Emily Scarlett Romain and showing her own work being artfully flicked through. Very meta. Congratulations Emily – a Stack t-shirt is on its way…
