Stack events are back
I’m very excited about this one. We haven’t run a face to face Stack event since before the pandemic started, but on 14th May we’re going to bring a group of brilliant independent publishers together at Mortimer House in London for a free day of magazine talks and browsing.
Tickets for the talks are very limited, so if you want to join us for a specific panel discussion please head over to Eventbrite and book your spot there. We have more availability for general admission, so book one of those tickets if you want to just come and browse the magazines, and depending on space on the day we might even be able to fit you into a talk as well.
There will be three panel discussions through the afternoon, featuring some of our favourite independent publishers:
How to Make a Magazine – 12pm panel
Delayed Gratification
The Modernist
Season Zine
Breaking the Rules – 2pm panel
A Profound Waste of Time
Paperboy
Real Review
Publishing With Purpose – 4pm panel
Azeema
It’s Freezing in LA!
The Movement Movement
The publishers will also have current issues, back issues and merchandise available to buy in person for one day only, so this is the perfect opportunity to come and meet the magazine makers in the flesh, then head home with some quality reading material. And some stickers.
