Video review: Metazine and All the Things 2015

Earlier this month I received not one but two magazines about magazines. That seemed like too good an opportunity to miss, so I’ve flicked through them both for this week’s magazine review.

Metazine is made by Matt Gill from Nottingham Trent University, and documents the first year of Raw Print, the magazine event series he organised with Alex Smith from Ideas on Paper. And All the Things 2015 is a one-off magazine made by Michael Bojkowski in Australia, ostensibly focusing on all the stuff he liked last year, but dedicating a good three quarters of that to magazines.

Both projects are really well done. Metazine is going to be pretty hard to get hold of, but drop Matt a line via Twitter and he might just send you a copy. Whereas ATT2015 is available to all via the glossy magic of Magcloud, so if you want your own copy just get clicking…
