You might have heard that the design brains behind Huck and Little White Lies are moving on from the magazines. They’ve set up a new company called Human After All (which I work for) and they’re cooking up some big new projects. But not before they say their farewells to the magazines they’ve helped to shape over the last seven years.

Curious Iconic Craft will be a one-off book that goes behind the scenes on two of Britain’s best independent magazines. There will be all sorts of never seen before outtakes, insights into the creative process and general beautiful stuff. The video above explains it all (make sure you stick around for the outtakes reel at the end) and if you like the look of it you can pre-order your copy now.

Make sure you check out the different rewards for the pledges too. There’s some amazing stuff in there, like getting Paul Willoughby to draw an original illustration of your favourite movie star.

It’s worth saying that both Little White Lies and Huck are still going strong, and still published by The Church of London Publishing. I’m really looking forward to seeing the first issues under the new design direction.
