The Publishers Club

Started by Bec Brown (Blanket), Dave Hughes (Ammo) and Julian James (NewSugar), the Publishers Club is exactly that – a place for people interested or involved in independent publishing to get together and talk magazines. Their first get together will be on Saturday 19 June from 2pm at the Vibe Bar on Brick Lane, and they’d love you to go along and have a drink with them.

I’m already supposed to be elsewhere that day but if I can make it along for an hour or so I will do. Should be interesting – watch this space for details of new events, initiatives and maybe even magazines that emerge as a result.
