Video review: Ambrosia magazine

Each issue of Ambrosia magazine travels to a different location and explores that place through its food culture. Previous issues have travelled to Baja Mexico and Denmark, but for their latest instalment the New Yorkers stayed closer to home and focused on Brooklyn.

The result is their best issue yet; Brooklyn is changing fast, and zooming in on the borough’s various food scenes provides a prism through which to view the various social, economic and cultural shifts taking place there. It also results in a very beautiful piece of print, with lovely full bleed images doing justice to the various dishes, restaurants and neighbourhoods.
