The Plant issue 5
Delivered to Stack subscribers in
Nov 2013
A beautiful, poetic and disarmingly strange magazine about plants, flowers and trees, The Plant magazine couldn’t position itself further away from the likes of Gardener’s World. Its fantastic photography and personal accounts of plant life mixes botany with art to create a fascinating and totally original view of the green stuff in our lives.

Why do you work in magazines?
I love publications and I think it’s the only thing I can do properly and that also makes me happy.
Aside from the print magazine, what else do you do?
I work as a graphic designer for ArtReview magazine, which we’ve just redesigned.
What would you change about The Plant if you could?
I would love to have more financial support in the form of advertisers and sponsors, in order to approach more countries and also help our contributors.
What’s your favourite issue of The Plant?
I have special feelings for the first one but I also like very much the third one.
Where do you see the magazine in five years?
Hopefully launching our 15th issue.
