Video review: The Ride Journal

It’s the end of an era. The Ride Journal launched seven years ago as a totally original take on cycling, and amazed everyone with its gorgeous illustration and photography, and its deeply personal, almost spiritual writing about what it means to ride a bike.

But this was never intended to be a project that ran forever, and brothers Philip and Andrew have long intended that this tenth issue should be their last. There’s talk of a book coming at some point next year, and I can’t believe the pair will stay away from independent publishing for too long. But for now at least, let’s say a fond farewell to a seriously excellent magazine.
