Club Sandwich, the magazine that bases every issue around just one food, has dedicated its entire fourth edition to chocolate. Delights in here include a long and detailed essay about the relationship between chocolate and geology (black forest gateaux, toblerone, ferrero rocher – that’s rock in French).
